For owners done waiting on developers and "tech people"
Three days later it had reinvented a company my dad started in 1964, and built the site to run it. I'm not a tech guy. I'm a second-generation operator who, for thirty years, couldn't even explain to the developers I hired what I actually wanted. In this demo I take you over my shoulder through exactly how I do it, click by click.
An over-the-shoulder build demo, about an hour. Founding price $97. Yours to keep, watch anytime.
The story
The worst part was never the money. It was that I couldn't even speak the language. I'd sit across from a developer, try to describe the thing in my head, and watch them build something else entirely. I paid for project after project and walked away with almost nothing, because I couldn't make them see what I saw.
So I did what most owners do. I gave up on the idea that I could ever build anything myself. Then about a year ago that changed completely.
My wife Melissa and I started playing with AI. Just asking it questions at first. We were both stunned at how good the answers were. One night I stopped asking it questions and tried something different. I've got a company my dad started in 1964, buying and selling fuel trucks. I'm second generation. My daughter is third. After COVID, with credit tight and inventory low, that business was choking. So instead of asking AI to build me a website, I typed this:
"Be my business strategist. We have done as much as ten million in a year and as little as seven hundred thousand. Here is the sixty-two year history. If you were sitting in my chair, what would you do?"
It asked me a pile of questions. Then it caught something I'd mentioned in one sentence and never thought twice about. I do a lot of consignment. People call and ask me to buy their truck, and I'd rather not tie up my cash, so I tell them I can get them more money if they let me sell it for them.
It took that one detail and said: don't rebuild your old website. Build a marketplace where people list their own equipment.
Three days of back and forth later, I had FuelTruckExchange.com. A real, working marketplace. Built by a guy who couldn't talk to the developers he used to hire.
The thing I want you to take from this
Everybody's out there asking AI to build them a thing. They're starting in the wrong place. When you hand it your real situation, the mess, the numbers, the history, and you let it interrogate you before it builds anything, it finds the asset you're already sitting on. Then the building is the easy part. I call it Strategist First. In a few months, with no engineer on payroll, that one shift produced a working marketplace, dashboards that show my real-time sales and cash, a system that flags which customers are slipping, a prospecting engine, and a family of sites for businesses we already run.
I could record a polished course and sell it to a thousand people. I'm doing the opposite first. This is the raw first cut, me over your shoulder, unedited, while I sharpen how I teach it. You get the real thing, and you help shape what it becomes.
Because it's the raw first cut and not a finished course, the price is $97. Once it's polished into the full on-demand course, it goes to $297. You get the whole walkthrough to keep and the lowest price this'll ever be. I'd rather have a group of owners who actually build something than a thousand who buy a video and never open it.
What's in the demo
The exact prompt that started it all, and how to hand AI your real situation so it finds the asset you're already sitting on.
You pick one real problem from your business and follow along on yours while you watch me work mine.
Watch me build the first version of the thing that solves it, click by click, in the actual tools.
The multi-window method, how I handle an error without panicking, and how I let the AI pick the technical tools so you never have to understand them.
It's yours to keep. Watch it as many times as you want, whenever you want.
You get value the moment you buy. The written materials I've already built are yours to download right away:
The exact prompts I use, starting with the "Be my business strategist" prompt that started all of this. You fill in your business and go.
The whole method in writing, so you can follow along and go back to any step.
Which tool does what, and why you don't need to understand any of them before you start.
The full click-by-click walkthrough, yours to keep for life.
Is this you?
You run a real business and you're not trying to become a programmer. You're willing to roll up your sleeves and learn a skill. You're tired of being told you're "not technical." So was I.
You're looking for a magic button. This is a skill, not a lottery ticket. Or you'd rather have it all done for you. That's a real option, and there's a note for you at the bottom.
The proof is real
You'd be one of my first founding members. So here's what I'll show you instead: the actual things I built.
A working marketplace with a real seller portal. [Screenshot]
Live sales, inventory, and cash. [Screenshot]
Every customer flagged red, yellow, or green. [Screenshot]
A guy who couldn't talk to the developers he hired built every one of those. That's the whole proof.
The founding offer
An over-the-shoulder build demo, about an hour, me building click by click. Yours for life. Plus the swipe file, field guide, and cheat sheet the moment you buy. This is the raw first cut, priced low while I sharpen it. Once it's polished into the full on-demand course, it's $297. You get the materials the moment you buy; the walkthrough recording lands shortly after.
Founding price
Becomes a $297 on-demand course once it's polished.
Founding price while it's the raw first cut. After that, the only way in is the $297 course.
The guarantee. Watch the demo, do the work, and build your first thing within 30 days. If you don't, or if it wasn't worth far more than you paid, email me and I'll refund every dollar. The risk is mine. The only thing you can't get back is the months you spend not doing this.
Questions
No. I don't. You describe the problem and the tool teaches you the rest.
It's a recorded over-the-shoulder demo, yours to keep. Watch it anytime, as many times as you want.
Because it's the raw, first-cut version and I'm still sharpening how I teach it. Once it's a finished on-demand course it's $297. You get in early and lock the lowest price.
Most of what I use is free or close to it. I'll show you exactly what I use and what it costs before you spend a dime.
No. The business doesn't matter. Strategist First works whether you sell fuel trucks, run a clinic, or own a shop.
Then you're exactly who I built this for. I'm a psychologist by training and an operator by trade. If I can do this, you can.
For years I believed building was for other people. People who went to school for it. People I had to hire and hope they understood me. That belief was wrong, and it cost me more than I'll ever know. You don't need a computer science degree. You don't need a developer on payroll. You need a willingness to describe your problem and stay in the conversation.
Would rather have it built for you than learn to build it yourself? That's a real option. Reply to the email that sent you here with the word DONE, and I'll tell you about the done-with-you path.
